Job summary

NorthPoint Search Group is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Claims Manager/Analyst in the Atlanta metro area. This role owns end-to-end workers’ comp claims management for an injury-prone workforce, coordinating with brokers and insurers and driving cost control.

You will lead return-to-work and light-duty programs, ensure compliance and robust reporting, and rely on 5+ years of experience to navigate aggressive claims environments. This is a full-time, onsite position.
