Old Republic Title is seeking a Policy Typist for our Naples, FL office to accurately prepare title insurance documents, endorsements and the preliminary report. The role uses RamQuest/Resware/Qualia and requires precise typing and strong confidentiality.

You will work Monday through Friday in the office, with overtime as needed, and collaborate with escrow staff, underwriters and agents to ensure compliant, timely documentation.

Competenze

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with advisory staff and customers.
• Ability to operate effectively under time constraints and produce accurate title policies and preliminary reports.
• Ability to follow handwritten and typed instructions from examination and escrow teams.
• Working knowledge of title insurance forms, endorsements, and their uses.

Mansioni

• Transcribe and type property title documents from various sources.
• Prepare, format, and proofread title reports, deeds, and related documents with accuracy.
• Maintain and update databases and filing systems (physical and digital).
• Handle confidential information per data privacy regulations.
• Draft correspondence and respond to information requests.
• Collaborate with title agents, underwriters, and team members to resolve discrepancies.
