Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.
• Experience interacting with customers in a service environment.
• Strong communication skills, including explaining information clearly and asking questions to understand needs.
• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a Client Care Specialist to gather client information and review each client's tax situation.
• Leverage advanced technology to prepare returns while reviewing results for accuracy.
• Ask open-ended questions and listen actively to understand client needs and identify tax savings opportunities.
• Recommend relevant products and services based on client needs and questions.
• Apply problem-solving skills to analyze client information with guidance and resources.
• Continue tax knowledge training to grow confidence and client service ability.
• Build client relationships and support office goals through teamwork and a client-first approach.
