Qualifications

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Income Tax Course.

• Problem-solving skills, including organizing information and identifying solutions.
• Comfort using digital tools and AI-based tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a Client Care Specialist to review each client's tax situation and deliver a great experience.
• Leverage advanced technology to prepare returns while reviewing results for accuracy.
• Use open-ended questions and active listening to understand client needs and tax savings opportunities.
• Recommend relevant products and services based on client needs and situations.
• Apply problem-solving skills to address questions with guidance and resources.
• Continue building tax knowledge through ongoing training to grow confidence and service ability.
• Build strong client relationships and support office goals through teamwork and a client-first approach.
