Job summary

Club Colors, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive candidate flow and manage end-to-end recruiting from sourcing to handoff.

You will partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring leaders to proactively identify talent and build pipelines for recurring needs, while running efficient searches across multiple priorities. You will rely on recruiting technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve sourcing, screening, and candidate management, ensuring

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting, Talent Acquisition, staffing, sourcing, or related experience preferred.
• Experience proactively sourcing and engaging both active and passive candidates.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple positions and pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with candidates and hiring leaders.
• Ability to evaluate candidates against established position requirements.
• Comfort using recruiting technology, sourcing platforms, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System and popular recruiting platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn).
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented with ownership and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage active and passive candidates through multiple channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and recurring hires.
• Review applications and surveys against position requirements.
• Conduct phone screens and provide recommendations on progression.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout process.
• Partner with hiring managers on pipeline reviews and progress.
