• Lead an underwriting team to meet production underwriting goals while maintaining budgeted loss and expense ratios.
• Develop broker and portfolio strategies in addition to working independently to manage a profitable book of new and renewal business.
• Collaborate across the Zone and drive a diverse and inclusive culture.
