AIG Lexington Property is seeking an Underwriting Team Lead in Denver to drive strategic underwriting and portfolio development for Wholesale Property. The role combines leadership with hands-on underwriting to meet production goals and maintain budgeted loss and expense ratios.

You will mentor junior professionals, collaborate across zones, and contribute to a high-performing, inclusive culture within the Lexington Property team. This is a full-time office-based role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Property E&S underwriting.
• Ability to underwrite 100%, primary/shared and layered, and excess structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead underwriting team to develop broker and portfolio strategies.
• Turn around quotes quickly and manage multiple prospects.
• Mentor new professionals and collaborate across zones to drive inclusion and performance.
