Job summary

Nectar is hiring an SDR in-office in Utah to grow the sales pipeline for our employee recognition software. You’ll identify HR decision-makers, conduct high-volume outreach, and book qualified meetings to energize our Account Executives.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or a strong desire to break into SaaS (preferred but not required)
• Hunger to learn and grow
• Resilience and comfort with high outbound volume
• Clear communicator who loves starting conversations

Responsibilities

• Create new sales opportunities by identifying and connecting with HR decision-makers
• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social outreach
• Book high-quality meetings that meet our qualification criteria
• Work closely with Account Executives to convert pipeline into revenue
• Learn and refine your messaging through regular coaching, call reviews, and team collaboration
• This role requires intentional, consistent effort. Every conversation you spark becomes momentum for the entire sales team.
