Qualifications

• Two or more years in customer service, scheduling, dispatch, or an operations/ construction office.
• Genuinely organized and reliable.
• Warm, confident phone presence with homeowners.
• Able to handle priority and communicate when something is off track.
• Accurate work is essential due to cost implications.
• Proficient with a CRM, email, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Respond to homeowner communications with same-day answers.
• Track materials and ensure color, profile, and quantity match files.
• Coordinate the Ready gate to ensure scope, materials, permits, and crew are lined up.
• Schedule and confirm dates directly with homeowners by phone.
• Release jobs to crews with complete work orders and materials staged.
• Monitor active jobs and support Field Managers as needed.
• Handle change orders with written approval before work starts.
• Close the loop with post-install satisfaction calls and documentation.
• Manage permits and inspections in the background to prevent stalls.
• Maintain an accurate, real-time CRM and job file.
