Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree adds value.
• Prefer 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP system understanding.
• Strong verbal and written communication; organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor WIP and communicate schedule changes to accommodate delays.
• Track and report production status.
• Identify bottlenecks and help implement timely delivery solutions.
• Support Production Planners and schedulers.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, quality and maintenance to avoid hindrances.
• Generate weekly production reports.
