Industrial Electric Mfg. (IEM) in Fremont, CA is seeking a Production Controller to support the Production Department and ensure on‑time delivery of products.
This role reports to the Senior Director of Operations and requires 100% in‑office presence at the Fremont location. Responsibilities include monitoring WIP, tracking production status, and coordinating with engineering, procurement, quality, and maintenance to mitigate risks that affect schedules.

IEM is currently seeking a Production Controller for our Fremont, CA team, and will report into the Senior Director of Operations. The Production Controller is primarily responsible for assisting the Production Department with all potential production constraints. You will be coordinating production activities to ensure optimal utilization and timely delivery of products. This role will mitigate current and future risks of anything that could negatively impact on time completion of finished goods.
Please note: This position requires 100% in‑office presence in our Fremont location and does not offer remote work.
Compensation actually offered for this role will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
