Job summary

Second shift runs 3:00pm–11:30pm EST. Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred) and 1 year in manufacturing, plus proficiency with Excel/Outlook and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor WIP and communicate schedule changes to accommodate delays, shortages, or recoveries.
• Track and report production status.
• Identify bottlenecks and help implement solutions to meet deadlines.
• Support Production Planners and schedulers.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, quality, maintenance and other departments.
• Generate and maintain weekly production reports.
• Document history and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Adhere to scheduling policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
