Job summary

AlphaGraphics Weatherford is seeking a dependable Print Account Manager to serve as the main liaison between clients and our production team. This in-person role moves print jobs from initial inquiry to final delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

2+ years in customer service or account/project management.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking with high attention to detail.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with standard computer systems; macOS experience helpful.
Understanding of commercial print processes and/or sign production is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries (phone, email, in-person).
Assist customers with paper / sign types, binding, and finishing options.
Prepare project estimates, ensuring accurate pricing and material availability.
Create detailed job tickets and communicate customer deadlines.
Review print-ready files and job specifications for accuracy.
Relay critical information to the design and production team.
Proactively communicate updates, potential delays, or file issues to clients.
