Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of supervisor or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive work environment and provide ongoing recognition for exceptional performance.
• Provide excellent customer service while identifying sales opportunities and performing account transactions.
• Promote the bank's products and services and meet daily sales goals for loans, deposits, and referrals.
• Assist Banking Center Manager with outside sales activities and community engagement.
