Group One Trading seeks an Office Manager Intern to support daily operations in our New York office. This hands‑on, in‑office role focuses on keeping a well‑stocked, organized workplace with a reliable point of contact for the team.

The ideal candidate enjoys logistics, staying organized, and providing dependable support. In‑office presence is required, with a minimum of 40 hours per week at 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM ET, for an initial 1‑year term.

Qualifications

• This role requires full in‑office presence, with availability to work on‑site 5 days per week from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (minimum of 40 hrs/week).
• Hospitality management experience or in a related field.
• Gap year students welcome.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily updates with NY leadership on office operations and priorities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked office environment.
• Manage visitor logistics, conference room setup, scheduling, and access badges.
• Coordinate catering and serve as the point of contact for office events and meetings.
• Oversee office inventory and track supplies and equipment weekly.
• Submit office expenses to Finance on a weekly basis and manage receipts.
• Serve as primary contact for building related requests and property coordination.
• Support HR and Recruitment with onboarding logistics and daily operations.
• Monitor internal systems and daily office operations.
