Qualifications

  • This role requires full in‑office presence, with availability to work on‑site 5 days per week from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (minimum of 40 hrs/week).
  • Hospitality management experience or in a related field.
  • Gap year students welcome.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily updates with NY leadership on office operations and priorities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked office environment.
  • Manage visitor logistics, conference room setup, scheduling, and access badges.
  • Coordinate catering and serve as the point of contact for office events and meetings.
  • Oversee office inventory and track supplies and equipment weekly.
  • Submit office expenses to Finance on a weekly basis and manage receipts.
  • Serve as primary contact for building related requests and property coordination.
  • Support HR and Recruitment with onboarding logistics and daily operations.
  • Monitor internal systems and daily office operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide daily updates and check‑ins with NY leadership on office operations and priorities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked office environment across kitchen and common areas.
  • Manage visitor logistics by maintaining guest lists, handling conference room setup and scheduling, and preparing and distributing access badges.
  • Coordinate catering and serve as the point of contact for office events and meetings.
  • Oversee office inventory on a weekly basis, ensuring accurate categorization by tracking supplies, snacks, and equipment while anticipating ongoing needs.
  • Obtain a well‑balanced receipt tracking system to submit to our Finance Department frequently.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for building‑related requests, including submitting work orders and coordinating with property management.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including administrative tasks such as handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages, assisting with onboarding logistics, and supporting the HR and Recruitment Team.
  • Track and submit office‑related expenses on a weekly basis, ensuring accurate categorization.
  • Provide daily updates and check‑ins with NY leadership on office operations and priorities.
  • Monitor internal systems.
