Job summary

IDIQ is seeking full-time Member Advisors to join our Tampa, FL call center. This onsite role requires working 10:30am–7:00pm on weekdays and 9:30am–6:00pm on Saturdays, with Sundays off. Training class starts November 18, 2026, and pay is $21.00 hourly for English-only and $22.00 hourly for bilingual candidates.

The role emphasizes retention, active listening, problem-solving, and de-escalation to keep members and their accounts secure. Benefits include comprehensive health, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a high-volume call center environment.
• Experience handling high call volumes while maintaining accuracy across systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional assistance to members on account access, billing, enrollment, and cancellations with a retention focus.
• Utilize product knowledge to educate members on IDIQ services and retention benefits.
• Practice active listening and empathetic communication to resolve member concerns.
• De-escalate escalated interactions and turn cancellations into positive experiences.
• Manage a high volume of calls while navigating internal systems efficiently.
