Job summary

IDIQ is seeking full-time Member Advisors to join our Mount Prospect, IL call center. This onsite role runs 9:30am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday, with class start dates including September 28, 2026.

Compensation starts at $21.00 per hour for English-only and $22.00 per hour for English/Spanish bilingual candidates. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, guiding enrollment and cancellations, and applying problem-solving skills to retain members while protecting sensitive data in compliance with

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in a high-volume call center handling customer service by phone.
• Familiarity with credit reporting services or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional assistance to members on account access, billing inquiries, enrollment support, personal information updates, and account cancellations with a focus on retention.
• Utilize product knowledge to educate members on the value of IDIQ’s services and encourage continued membership.
• Practice active listening and empathetic communication to understand member concerns and provide thoughtful solutions.
• Apply de-escalation strategies to resolve escalated interactions and reduce cancellations.
• Manage a high volume of calls while navigating internal systems and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or offer pricing options to enhance loyalty.
