Job summary

Diakon Logistics, Inc. is hiring a Dispatcher in Alaska for in-office duties. You will coordinate with delivery teams, support customers, and ensure smooth daily operations with strong organizational and computer skills.

Experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service is preferred, and bilingual abilities are a plus. The position is full-time and in-office only, with hourly pay between $18 and $20 plus bonus potential.

Responsibilities

• Record detailed notes and information in the delivery system with accuracy and thoroughness
• Communicate solutions and updates to other departments and office staff as needed
• Maintain meticulous records and ensure data entry accuracy
