Formación

• Active New York Property & Casualty license required.
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and coachable.
• Strong communication and phone skills.

Responsabilidades

• Quote, present, and close personal lines insurance policies.
• Follow up quickly and consistently on warm leads.
• Build rapport, identify customer needs, and recommend solutions.
• Cross-sell auto, home, umbrella, and other personal lines products.
• Track pipeline activity, follow-up, and notes in the CRM.
• Work toward weekly and monthly production goals.
