Responsibilities

• Target community prospects and meet monthly new business goals.
• Follow up on new policies to maintain high retention and cross-sell.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality customer service.
• Serve as first contact for customer policy or account concerns.
• Unlicensed candidates will enter a training class with licensing support.
