Job summary

Guardian Tax in Irvine, CA is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our in-office team. You will set up and maintain Windows and macOS computers, troubleshoot hardware and software, and provide day‑to‑day end‑user support in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Your role includes onboarding/offboarding help, managing user accounts and permissions, and supporting CRM and SaaS tools like RingCentral and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of IT support experience.
• Education in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with IT service management or ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and RingCentral.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure Windows and macOS computers for staff.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and connectivity.
• Provide in-office help desk support and respond to tickets promptly.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding including user accounts and access.
• Manage user accounts and permissions across systems.
