Job summary

Systematix is seeking IT Support Specialists II to deliver advanced desktop, end-user, and remote technical support for a key client in Medical Technology. The roles are onsite in Irvine, California, with occasional remote support as needed.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, install and image computers, document resolutions, and contribute to IT operations and security standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise IT support or help desk.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and M365.
• Experience supporting macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
• Hands-on experience with desktop hardware, imaging, deployment, and software installation.
• Solid networking basics: Ethernet, Wi‑Fi, mobile connectivity.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced desktop and end-user support for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Deliver onsite and remote support to employees across locations.
• Install, configure, image, and deploy desktops and laptops.
• Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system; escalate as needed.
• Assist with IT security policies and asset management.
• Develop user documentation and knowledge articles to improve support.
