Job summary

Current is seeking an IT Support & Systems Specialist to deliver advanced Level 2 end‑user support and hands‑on maintenance of the firm's network, systems, and applications in our Bellingham office. You will backfill service desk work and assist the Systems Administrator with routine infrastructure tasks.

The role emphasizes hands‑on user support, tool adoption, and growing into broader systems administration.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of IT support, service desk, or systems support with Level 2 troubleshooting.
• Exposure to network or systems administration tasks is a plus.
• Experience with IT Managed Service Providers is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and applications as Level 2 support.
• Back up service desk coverage during peak times or staff absences.
• Assist Systems Administrator with day‑to‑day server, network, and cloud tasks.
• Support rollout, configuration, and testing of new applications and tools.
