Hensley Legal Group in Fishers, IN seeks an entry-level IT Support Specialist to keep attorneys and staff connected and productive. You will troubleshoot issues, deploy and maintain devices, and create user profiles to match roles.

You’ll work closely with the Director of IT on projects, learn new technologies, and develop training materials to help others feel confident with the tools they use daily. This role emphasizes collaboration and steady problem solving.

Qualifications

• At least one year of IT operations experience preferred.
• Understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, security, telecommunications, databases, and storage systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to attorneys and staff.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and other tech issues.
• Set up, configure, deploy, maintain, and track devices.
• Create and manage user profiles by role.
• Assist employees with new and existing technology via training.
• Coordinate with technology vendors when issues exceed internal team.
• Support IT projects and improvements with the Director of IT.
• Identify recurring problems and propose process improvements.
