Job summary

ThreatLocker is seeking a Special Projects IT Engineer based in Orlando, FL to support test programs, product research, and IT deployments such as O365, Active Directory, and networking infrastructure. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in IT support, preferably MSP or corporate IT, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support experience, MSP or corporate IT background preferred.
• Proficiency deploying and managing O365, Active Directory, and networking infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of API integrations and scripting languages.
• Excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interactions.
• Proven track record of researching and implementing innovative solutions.
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA or equivalent are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
• Willingness to adopt new technologies and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex customer IT issues.
• Conduct in-depth product and technology research to enhance offerings.
• Develop and execute test scripts for IT systems and applications.
