Job summary

ThreatLocker is seeking a Special Projects IT Engineer to join an advanced IT team in Orlando. You will conduct test programs, work on product research, and develop test scripts while deploying IT systems such as O365 and Active Directory.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT support, MSP or corporate IT, with strong API scripting and networking skills. This in-office role offers collaboration with cross-functional teams and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support experience, MSP or corporate IT background preferred.
• Experience deploying and managing O365, Active Directory, and networking infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of API integrations and scripting languages.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Certifications such as CCNA or MCSA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex IT system issues for customers.
• Conduct in-depth product and technology research to improve offerings.
• Develop and execute test scripts for IT systems and applications.
• Deploy and manage IT systems including O365, AD, and networking infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate API solutions.
• Provide expert-level customer support for technical inquiries.
• Document processes and troubleshooting steps for internal knowledge.
• The role is based in Orlando, FL and is an in-office position.
