Job summary

ThreatLocker is seeking a Special Projects IT Engineer to join our Orlando team. The role focuses on diagnosing complex IT issues, researching new technologies, and developing test scripts for IT systems including O365, AD, and networking.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in MSP or corporate IT, experience with API integrations, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. This is an in-office position based in Orlando, FL with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support in MSP or corporate IT.
• Proficiency with O365, Active Directory, and networking infrastructure.
• Experience with API integrations and scripting languages.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Certifications such as CCNA or MCSA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex customer IT issues.
• Conduct in-depth product and technology research to improve offerings.
• Develop and execute test scripts for IT systems and applications.
• Deploy and manage IT systems including O365, AD, and networking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate API solutions.
• Provide expert-level support to customers and address technical inquiries.
