Job summary

Qualifications include a High School Diploma and helpful prior customer service experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is advantageous, and you must be able to pass state licensing requirements to stay

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and courteous communication.
• Ability to identify customer needs and upsell or cross-sell where appropriate.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and transaction processing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is helpful for a broader customer reach.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain state insurance licensing.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional, courteous service to internal and external customers
• Answers any questions regarding customer’s policy
• Accept payments and process transactions
• Identify any potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy
• Follow up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations
• Involved with marketing initiatives for new business development on an as-needed basis
• Maintain a neat and clean work area and office
• FNOL’s (vehicle inspections)
• Taking vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required)
• Bank run deposits
• Position is full time
• Other duties as assigned
