Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prospect and initiate new business sales using consultative techniques.
• Assist in processing new business and contacting customers to finalize sales.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for the Sales Agent and coordinate with marketing plans.
• Meet monthly goals for new business sales and maintain high retention through follow-ups.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Serve as first contact for customer inquiries about policy establishment and account status.
