We provide intensive training, licensing support, and ongoing development to help you grow professionally. Responsibilities include assisting with policy needs, renewals, and administrative duties while collaborating with underwriting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service/Insurance Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Valid Texas Property & Casualty License preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation for daily marketing.
• Basic computer skills and strong written, verbal, and people skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and quickly learn company software.
• Continued education courses paid by ALPA to maintain license status with TDI.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with new policies, edits to existing policies, payments, renewals and questions.
• Inspect vehicles to assess general condition and determine insurance risk acceptability.
• Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking and marketing with guidance from the office manager.
• Perform administrative tasks and handling policy renewals; coordinate with underwriting to complete policies.
• Assist with daily office housekeeping tasks.
