ALPA Insurance in Texas is seeking an IN-OFFICE Insurance Sales Agent with a strong sales mindset and excellent customer focus. You will help customers with new policies, edits, payments, renewals, and licensing support, while developing a client base through networking and in-office marketing.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service or insurance sales experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Texas license (Limited Lines or Property & Casualty) highly preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation for daily marketing.
• Strong written, verbal, and people skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and quickly learn company software.
• Complete continuing education courses paid by ALPA to maintain active license (TDI).

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with various insurance needs (new policies, edits, payments, renewals, reinstatements).
• Inspect vehicles to assess risk based on condition and characteristics.
• Seek out new clients and develop clientele through networking and marketing.
• Perform administrative tasks and handle policy renewals; coordinate with underwriting.
• Assist with daily housekeeping routines.
