Liberty Mutual Insurance | Comparion Insurance Agency in Brentwood, TN is seeking an Insurance Sales Associate to join our in-office team. You will work closely with a Comparion Insurance Sales Agent to drive new business and retain customers through consultative sales and community networking.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be or willing to obtain a state insurance license (P&C and Life) with training and support.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and initiate new business sales using consultative techniques.
• Assist in processing new business and finalize sales with customers.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for the Sales Agent.
• Contribute to and execute a marketing plan with the agent.
• Meet monthly goals for new business sales and maintain high retention.
