Qualifications

• Professional business acumen with strong presence and confidence.
• State insurance license or willingness to earn one with training and support in Property & Casualty, and Life.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales techniques to prospect and initiate new business.
• Assist in processing new business, including contacting customers to finalize sales.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for the Sales Agent.
• Contribute to and execute a marketing plan with the Sales Agent.
• Identify mass marketing prospects through existing book and community outreach.
• Meet monthly goals for new business sales.
• Follow up on new policies to maintain high retention and cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure quality customer service.
• Act as initial contact for customer concerns regarding policies and new accounts.
• Unlicensed candidates will be enrolled in a licensing training program with company coverage.
