Job summary

Securitas USA in Omaha, NE is seeking an HR Generalist to support our local branch in an in-office capacity. The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, training, licensing compliance, employee investigations, benefits, unions, verifications, and leave management.

Candidates should have at least 1 year HR experience, be fluent in English, have a HS diploma, and be proficient with Microsoft Office. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00am–5:00pm, and a pay rate of $22.00 per hour.

HR Generalist

Location: Omaha, NE (100% In Office)

Days & Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay: $22.00/hour

We have a GREAT OPPORTUNITY for an HR Generalist to help support our Omaha, Nebraska branch office. This position is responsible for assisting the HR team with various tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, training, state licensing compliance, employee investigations, benefits, unions, employment verifications, leave of absences, recruitment support and other miscellaneous tasks that may arise.
