Qualifications

• Previous scheduling, dispatching, customer service, or administrative experience required.
• Previous Home Care experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiar with using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules and daily staffing.
• Fill open shifts and respond to caregiver call-offs.
• Communicate professionally with clients and caregivers.
• Verify completed visits and documentation.
• Maintain scheduling records in AxisCare.
• Work closely with nurses, HR, and management to ensure continuity of care.
• Assist with staffing for evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergencies when needed.
• One Weekend per month on-call for scheduling.
