Job summary

Carbon Valley is seeking a Dispatcher to join our in-office team in Colorado. The ideal candidate will help maximize the productivity of our service and sales teams by coordinating technician movements and ensuring the right technician is dispatched for each call.

This role requires strong organizational skills, reliable attendance, and a customer-first mindset. Salary ranges from $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience, with Monday–Friday schedule from 10:00am to 6:30pm.

Qualifications

• Dispatch experience preferred.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maximize production of the service and sales team.
• Coordinate the transportation movements of the technicians.
• Track drivers schedules and technician start/end times.
• Maintain a matrix of routes, locations, tools and qualifications for assignments.
• Interact daily with drivers and respond to customer requests.
• Forecast workload 2–3 days out and communicate status.
