Job summary

Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to keep a high-volume field-service operation moving in Southlake, TX. This full-time, in-office role requires ServiceTitan proficiency and the ability to assign, adjust, and communicate calls to technicians and customers while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ServiceTitan dispatch experience required.
• 3+ years of dispatch, scheduling, or call-center experience preferred.
• HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical or home services field experience preferred.
• Ability to work full-time in office in Southlake, TX.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize daily dispatch board for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical technicians.
• Assign and move calls based on urgency, location, technician skill set, workload, and customer commitments.
• Keep technicians moving efficiently and minimize downtime.
• Monitor technician status, travel time, job progress, delays, and schedule capacity.
• Prepare future calls to support staffing and capacity planning.
• Review job details and ensure technicians have accurate customer and equipment information.
• Adjust schedules and routes when emergencies or changes occur.
• Communicate schedule changes professionally with customers.
• Collaborate with technicians and departments to resolve scheduling challenges.
• Maintain accurate dispatch notes and records in ServiceTitan.
