Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Call Center preferred.
• 3+ years in a Dispatch Center preferred.
• Experience working with call center phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians efficiently to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Keep track of calls and maintain communication with technicians.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
