Responsibilities

• Handle high call volumes and manage a steady stream of inbound and outbound calls.
• Engage in consultative selling to match client needs with services.
• Build strong customer relationships to increase retention and loyalty.
• Grow the business through upselling, cross-selling, and new customer acquisition.
• Solve problems on the spot with timely solutions.
• Support the team with scheduling or processing transactions as needed.
• Inbound and outbound calls for scheduling services and collecting payments.
• Minimal administrative responsibilities such as light invoicing.
