The position offers a day shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with starting pay of $17–$18 per hour plus commission. Training is provided from day one, and a full benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
• Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle high call volumes—manage a steady stream of inbound and outbound calls.
• Engage in consultative selling—identify needs and match them with pest control services.
• Build strong customer relationships—retain accounts and promote loyalty.
• Grow the business—upsell, cross-sell, and acquire new customers.
• Solve problems on the spot—address questions and provide timely solutions.
• Support the team—assist with scheduling or processing transactions as needed.
• Inbound and outbound calls—scheduling services, handling collections, etc.
• Minimal administrative responsibilities—light invoicing and payments.
