WesBanco Cambridge Banking Center in Cambridge, OH is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle transactions, assist customers, and promote available products. This is a 100% in-office role, with hours scheduled at a WesBanco location.

As the first point of contact, you will deliver friendly service, balance cash drawer, protect security, and identify referral opportunities to support branch goals. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are a must.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of cash handling, sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.

Responsabilités

• Models the Bank's Mission, Vision, and Pledge.
• Accepts and processes all financial service transactions.
• Balances cash drawer and follows proper cash handling procedures.
• Complies with security and audit procedures.
• Keeps employee and customer information confidential.
• Supports banking center by answering calls and handling referrals.
• Determines appropriate lines of business for referrals and follows up.
• Completes outbound calls to support sales and service.
• Develops knowledge of bank products and services.
