Job summary

WesBanco, a premier community bank, seeks a Client Relationship Officer to provide outstanding service and operational support to associates and clients in a fully in-office role.

You will manage client requests, facilitate account operations, and ensure documentation accuracy while serving as a liaison among clients, associates, and internal partners to deliver a seamless experience and support growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration required or preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and client-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client requests and ensure accurate documentation.
• Input and review lending and deposit records in banking systems.
• Coordinate with Commercial Bankers and outside service providers.
• Support relationship reviews and cross-sell banking products where appropriate.
• Maintain up-to-date client contact information and ensure records compliance.
