Job summary

WesBanco Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Commercial Relationship Support Manager to provide exceptional service and operational support to associates and clients. This role handles client requests, facilitates account operations, and ensures documentation and transactions are accurate and complete.

You will act as a liaison between clients, associates, and internal partners, delivering a seamless client experience while supporting growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship management capabilities.
• Ability to analyze financial information and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Handle client requests and facilitate account operations.
• Input information into lending systems and assist with loan processing.
• Coordinate with commercial bankers and external providers to ensure due diligence.
• Review documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
