Qualifications

• Strong analytical abilities and credit underwriting skills.
• Two years of relevant banking experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional service and operational support to clients and associates.
• Manages client requests and ensures accurate documentation and transactions.
• Acts as liaison between clients, associates and internal partners to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Assists with opening new accounts and ensuring documentation is complete.
• Inputs information into lending systems and assists with credit requests and processing.
• Engages with third-party reports and reviews KYC and beneficial ownership information for compliance.
• Performs account maintenance and updates client records.
• Identifies cross-selling opportunities and recommends bank products and services.
• Supports relationship teams with loan processing and funding of loan proceeds.
• Collaborates with various departments to monitor lending, depository and treasury management services.
