WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Client Relationship Officer to support the line of business with exceptional service and operational support for associates and clients.

The role handles client requests, coordinates account operations, and ensures documentation and transactions are accurate and complete. It acts as a liaison among clients, associates, and internal partners to deliver a seamless client experience and support growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum of two years of banking experience required.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial documents.

Responsibilities

• Supports line of business by providing exceptional service and operational support.
• Assists with opening new accounts and obtaining complete, accurate documentation.
• Inputs information into lending system and facilitates loan/deal submissions.
• Reviews third party reports and performs KYC and due diligence.
• Maintains client records and manages portfolio contact information.
• Coordinates relationships with Commercial Bankers and supports loan closing processes.
• Responds to client inquiries regarding bank products and policies.
