Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and legal documents; performs calculations and makes decisions.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Supports client requests and coordinates account operations.
• Inputs information into lending systems and processes credit requests.
• Reviews third-party reports (appraisals, inspections, etc.).
• Ensures complete documentation and due diligence for client files.
• Maintains client contact information and portfolio records.
• Assists with cross-selling bank products aligned with client needs.
• Supports commercial loan closing process and coordination with outside providers.
• Provides loan support to relationship teams and processes payments and fees.
