Patriot Growth Insurance Services is seeking a Client Service Manager for an in-office Milford, MA position. You will be the trusted contact for clients, reviewing coverage, processing policy changes, and coordinating with carriers to ensure accurate, timely service.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in client service, strong communication, and familiarity with insurance products, with MA P&C license potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year in client service, admin support, or related role.
• Knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and industry practices.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn agency management systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information professionally.
• Massachusetts Property & Casualty Insurance License or ability to obtain one after hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service by responding promptly to client inquiries.
• Review coverage and identify evolving client needs to recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to tailor insurance programs to their requirements and risk profiles.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and new submissions accurately.
• Coordinate with carriers, underwriters, and internal teams to expedite policy issuance.
• Maintain accurate client records within the agency management system.
• Identify opportunities to expand coverage and strengthen client relationships.
• Stay current on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory requirements.
