Job summary

The CDL School, Inc. seeks an Admissions/Class Coordinator to assist admitted students throughout enrollment, ensuring they meet CDL requirements.

You will evaluate progress toward obtaining the CLP, DOT physical, tuition funding, and job placement, while maintaining accurate CRM records and coordinating with Admissions teams. Responsibilities include scheduling, attendance monitoring, and policy communication to students.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for guiding students through enrollment and progress.
• Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail are required for accurate record-keeping and reporting.
• Proficient use of computers, web-based programs, and CRM systems to manage student information and communications.
• Ability to deliver high-level customer service via phone and in person in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clearly define and convey training schedules and attendance expectations to potential and enrolled students.
• Monitor attendance, progress, and follow up to ensure satisfactory advancement.
• Communicate state and local regulations and DMV rules to students.
• Support students with training, attendance, and scheduling issues from enrollment to graduation.
• Review applications for accuracy and completeness, including work and license histories.
• Initiate outreach to applicants who do not advance and re-engage them in the process.
• Conduct post-cohort evaluations and report findings to the executive team.
