Eichenbaum, Comer & Ratynets An Accountancy Corporation in Woodland Hills, CA seeks a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support a diverse portfolio of small businesses and individuals. You will manage ledgers, AR/AP, payroll-related tasks, and routine financial reporting in a collaborative CPA environment.

You will work closely with CPAs and staff to ensure accurate, timely service delivery, maintain high accuracy, and handle multiple priorities with excellent communication and client service skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably within a public accounting firm or multi-client environment.
• Strong proficiency in bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and client-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledgers and process full-cycle bookkeeping for various clients.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Prepare routine financial reports and statements.
• Assist with payroll processing and related tax compliance.
• Collaborate closely with our CPAs and staff to ensure accurate, timely service delivery for clients.
